Terms of Service for ElderPath Legal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ElderPath Legal services via elderpathlg.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

ElderPath Legal offers personalized legal guidance and document preparation for seniors, including but not limited to estate planning, wills, advance directives, guardianship, and power of attorney.

3. Information Products

Our digital resources for seniors include e-guides, webinars, and templates designed to assist in legal decision-making and personal planning.

4. Physical Goods

We offer printed manuals and resource kits tailored to senior legal concerns. These items are shipped to your address.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Legal consultations are scheduled by arrangement. You may request a change of appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our team through the contact form. Changes made within 24 hours of the session may incur a fee or be deemed non-eligible for credits.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

6.1 Legal Services

Fees for one-on-one consultations and document drafting are generally non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of services. However, if ElderPath Legal cancels or cannot fulfill a booked session, clients will be offered a choice to transfer the session to a future date at no extra charge. No credit will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice of at least 24 hours.

6.2 Information Products

Purchases of digital materials may qualify for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided no more than 50% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, please complete our contact form. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days following approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

If you receive a printed manual or kit and it remains unopened in its original packaging, you may ship the item back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate the process, use the contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

7. Modifications

ElderPath Legal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on elderpathlg.com, and the latest version will become effective 30 days after publication.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bern, Switzerland.
